Hello! My name is Mallory Sparks, and I am a senior majoring in Spanish on the pre-dental track. I am from Lexington, Kentucky and graduated from Henry Clay High School in 2022.

My favorite thing about UK is the amount of amazing opportunities available to students. During my time here, I have been involved in three different research projects studying everything from floral biodiversity to HPV-linked cancer disparities. I’ve studied abroad twice— once in San Jose, Costa Rica for a semester and again in Merida, Mexico for a winter intersession. In my free time, I enjoy teaching Pilates, coaching diving, weightlifting, playing tennis, traveling, and trying new foods.
