Hi, my name is Kaleb Diaz, and I will be starting my sophomore year during Fall 2024. I am from Lawrenceburg Kentucky, and I am currently studying Political Science on a pre-law track. So far constitutional law interest me a lot. My first year at UK gave me the opportunity to be involved with many different organizations and experiences. In the fall I participated in the Leadership Development Program. I am currently serving as an Undergraduate At Large Senator for UK Student Government Association. I am also an active member of the Alpha Gamma Rho fraternity. This past spring I had the wonderful opportunity to be in the Kentucky Legislative Internship Program, where I was able to get firsthand experience in our legislative process. Interning for a lobbyist group allowed me to see the ins and outs of our General Assembly.

I chose to come to UK because all the possibilities. I knew that when I came here, I would have the ability to be a part of many things. I am so grateful to have achieved as much as I did in my first year, and I have UK to thank for having such a nurturing community. I am so excited to start my first year as an ambassador, as well as represent the undergraduate body as a senator.
