Hello, my name is Jalyn and I am a sophomore here at UK, currently majoring in International Studies and minoring in English. I chose UK because of the academic, social and career opportunities I have available to me. I enjoy both of my majors; they offer me flexibility and a variety of career choices in the future. I want to work in political affairs or international relations for my career and I have a small interest in law school. 

 

I am also involved in the club CHAARG on campus which is a national club to encourage women to "find their fit". In my free time, I enjoy reading (primarily fiction), painting (canvas and pottery), coloring, listening to podcasts and music, being outside, and working out.
