Hi! My name is Halle Kate Harned and I'm from Paducah, Kentucky. I am a senior pursuing a degree in Biology on a Pre-Medicine track. I hope to attend medical school following graduation to become an oncologist!

Along with being an ambassador, I am a member of the University of Kentucky's Lewis Honors College, Wildcat Ambassadors, Pre-Medical Women's Society, and research at the Department of Toxicology and Cancer Biology. In my free time, I love to draw and paint, listen to music, skateboard, and weight-lift. A great thing about UK is having the opportunity to meet so many people with similar and different hobbies. When choosing UK, the campus and welcoming atmosphere played a crucial role in my decision, since then I have made my best friends and become a member of organizations that have taught and exposed me to so much. I would say some of my favorite memories on campus include participating in Greek Sing with my chapter, going to "Willy T" to study and grab a coffee with my best friends, and Paint Wars!
