Libby Blank
Hi! My name is Libby Blank and I'm from Northern Kentucky. I'm a senior pursuing dual degrees in Biology and Spanish, and I will be attending the University of Kentucky College of Medicine after graduation.
Along with being an ambassador for the College of Arts and Sciences, I am a member of Phi Delta Epsilon coed medical fraternity and I'm involved in Greek life as a member of Alpha Chi Omega and as a previous Gamma Chi Panhellenic Recruitment Counselor. I have research experience with an orthopedic surgeon at the Orthopedic Research and Innovation Foundation in Northern Kentucky. I have also participated in a Biology lab on campus researching circadian rhythms in fruit flies with Dr. Harrison and Dr. O’Hara. One of my favorite experiences at UK has been participating in the Shoulder to Shoulder Global trip to Santo Domingo, Ecuador to provide healthcare in rural areas of the country. In my free time I love to hike, play tennis with friends, and spend time with my family!
Feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions about UK, the College of Arts and Sciences, or anything else you can think of! I’d love to help!
